SPECIAL INSPECTIONS
AAE is a Full-Service Special Inspection Agency. We Do All 3rd Party and Controlled Inspections Needed. As a Special Inspector we oversee construction methods, procure and supervise testing services, review all test results, perform daily and bi-weekly reporting, notify of any unacceptable work, and review repairs. The Special Inspector’s Final Report is the client’s assurance of a building that complies with the municipality-approved design documents.
We are Certified in Property Damage Consultations, Major event evaluation; Foundation, Roof, and Water Intrusion Evaluations During the Construction Process; Structural Evaluations, Corrective Means + Methods; and Bulkhead Collapse, Coastal Flood Mitigation, and Event Infrastructure Evaluations for Marine Related Practices.
